As part of the efforts to attract foreign capital the Algerian Stateis is endeveavouring to incorporate a number of legal guarantees for foreign investors, the most prominent of which is the so-called Legislative stability requirement as the most important objective guarantee that protects foreign investors by establishing a legal framework within which to protect them from the authority of the host State, in the same time provide The legal freedom and security to pursue his investment activity within in its territory.
