the study sought to identify the extent to which the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs relies on Twitter in the practice of digital diplomacy, to reveal the communication patterns and tools of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs in communicating with the external public, and to know the impact of the communication strategies adopted by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs on consolidating the Kingdom’s position as a logistical center Global, the study relied in its main construction on the theory of the network of actors and electronic diplomacy, Ruler model for communication strategies, The comprehensive model for the means of public diplomacy, and this study is a descriptive study where it used the content analysis method, and among the results that were reached, the official account of the Saudi embassy on Twitter played an important role in representing the official Saudi position on various issues, the accounts of the embassy under study showed the openness of the Kingdom On the countries of the world, and this was evident through the multiplicity of relations with different countries, the accounts of the embassy sought to highlight the Kingdom's efforts in service and national projects and international investments.
