Abstract EN

This paper studied oil as a backbone of the Algerian economy, and a foundation of economic security, because inability to control the oil markets and fluctuating oil prices for multiple factors and reasons, this study identifies the potential of the oil economy in Algeria and the impact of falling prices on the rest of the economic sectors and development and economic security, as well to address the alternative solutions to the oil economy "renewable energy" and how could it be an alternative in Algeria by presenting the possibilities and projects that it have in this field.
