Abstract EN

There is no doubt that Algeria has been affected in one way or another in the process of public policy making and implementation by regional or even global circumstances and influences, and the purpose of which is to achieve development goals in Algeria in its various manifestations.

It should be noted that in order to achieve the development goals, many new actors have emerged in the formulation and implementation of public policies, including civil society, the private sector and non-governmental organizations.

International efforts, including non-governmental organizations, through the interactive role played by the latter in rationalizing international policy in the field of environmental protection since the conclusion of various treaties and agreements.

This was reflected in Algeria and in line with United Nations programs, through the Algerian legislative system, as well as through the environmental public policy in Algeria and through many different programs and schemes.
