This study aims to work on highlighting the role of MIS in distinguishing the performance of business organizations.

It conducted in 2021, where the researchers chose a random sample of 80 employees in a field study on Mobilis Algeria, The study concluded that there is an impact of MIS on the excellence in the organizations performance.

Thus, it reached the availability of all MIS requirements in Mobilis Telecom, and the existence of a statistically significant effect to use it as a means to reach a high and distinguished performance.

The study also recommended the adoption of excellence management in Algerian institutions due to its significant impact on competitive advantage and work to improve and develop it.
