This study aims to identify the perceptions of the frames of Al-Baskaria Cement, about the level of meeting requirements for achieving outstanding performance in its various dimensions, to achieve this, one main hypothesis has been formulated, Tested using statistical methods and with the help of spss program, and used the questionnaire as the main tool to collect data and information, it was distributed to the study sample of (73) workers, the study reached to a set of results, the most important of them including: the commitment to the requirements to achieve the outstanding performance was high at Al –Baskaria Cement
