Abstract EN

The Covid-19 epidemic has left an international crisis that the world has not experienced since the Second World War, which casts its shadow over all aspects of life and affected health, economy, politics and security, Neither international institutions and organizations nor developed countries with their scientific resources and capabilities have been able to stop the rapid and mutated spread of this virus, owing to the lack of preparedness of their systems to manage the current crisis and its consequences.

The Covid-19 pandemic will therefore have economic, social and political consequences for the world because of the closure of international borders due to the imposition of health emergencies and the decline in the concept of international cooperation, solidarity and joint action.

This has resulted in international instability due to the ence of global blocs and major regional Powers on systems of governance based on strong and effective principles of crisis response.

In line with what has been noted, this study aims to clarify the future of international governance in addressing the future impact of this epidemic on international and regional balances, particularly in the face of the weakness that has emerged on the globalized international system in addressing crises and risks.
