This article aims to address govenance and its relationship to work ethics at the university,the latter which has adopted a new vision in order to work on improving administrative practices,and providing outputs that are compatible with the social and economic,and until the university reaches this performance has been directed Towards of govenance within the university,with to apply work ethics such as transparency, equality and the participation of actors in decision that are considered pillars of the quality of governance.Accordingly,the issue will be addressed,by addressing the most important basic concepts and then we will give an overview of govenance and its application with work ethics at the university
