The current research problem is consistent with the importance of the topic of social auditing (human resource auditing), its broadness, its many aspects and its extensions, as well as its significant effects on many aspects of human resource management, so that it contributes to providing solutions and proposals for the problems facing this department, especially in Algerian institutions.

In general, the following problem can be posed: What is the methodology for applying human resources auditing in Algerian institutions? What are its application tools?
