The issue of securing and ensuring the integrity and transparency of the electoral process from the various impurities that disturb its content and falsify its results, requires in the first place the dedication and consolidation of a constitutional authority that manages the electoral process, starting from the announcement of the electoral college until the announcement of the final results, and all this within the framework of the principle of independence, which represents the backbone and the mainstay to establish the rule of law.
