Algeria has granted several tax incentives to the insurance company when it was established to encourage the establishment of this type of institution, and also during the period of exploitation for the continuity of these institutions and to support their competitiveness.

Algeria has embarked on these incentives since its independence, and these incentives came in light of investment and tax laws, and it has also provided private institutions that work to grant tax incentives to companies.
