Abstract EN

This research paper aims to identify the concept of tourism investment and to highlight its legal regulation by the Algerian legislator, as well as to identify its importance and role from the economic and social perspectives, and finally to diagnose the most important obstacles that prevented the desired development of investment in the tourism sector in Algeria.

As for the results obtained, they can be summarized in one result, which is that the ence of a serious, effective and continuous political will is the reason behind the successive setbacks that have prevented the development of investment in the tourism sector.

A real investment in the tourism sector.
