تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية استعراض أهم ما حققته الجزائر في مجال التمكين السياسي للمرأة عبر مدخل السياسات العمومية للدولة ممثلة في مختلف الاستراتيجيات التي تبنتها الحكومات الجزائرية المعاصرة و المتعاقبة في إطار ثلاثة برامج خماسية تمثل العهدات الرئاسية (2005-2019)، و كذا المنظومة التشريعية الهادفة لترقية دور و مكانة المرأة في المجتمع و حمايتها بداية من الدستور إلى الهندسة القانونية، و محاولة حصر أهم المعوقات التي تواجه تبوؤ المرأة الجزائرية لمكانتها المرجوة في الدولة و المجتمع لا سيما ما تعلق بتأثير المرجعيات الاجتماعية و السياسية، لتخلص الدراسة في المحصلة إلى بعض التوصيات الهادفة إلى تكريس و تفعيل التمكين للمرأة الجزائرية على ضوء ما تحقق و ما يمكن تحقيقه.
Abstract EN
This paper attempts to review the most important achievements of Algeria in the area of women's political empowerment through the introduction of public policies of the state, represented in the various strategies adopted by the contemporary and successive Algerian governments within the framework of three five-year programs representing the presidential terms (2005-2019), as well as the legislative system aimed at promoting the role and status of women in society starting by constitution, and trying to identify the main obstacles facing their desired position in the state and society.
concluding with some recommendations.
