the study aimed at explaining the ruling of shaving the mahram for his hair, and removing it from the head and nose, as well as trimming the nails, by following the methods of inductive and analytical descriptive, and the study showed the fact prohibited in the language and terminology, and the rule of each issue falls within the shaving of hair and the trimming of nails, the study has reached several conclusions, including: that it is prohibited for the mahram to shave his head or other parts of his body, and to trim his nails, unless there is an excuse that requires it and that the mahram is obligated to pay ransom if he does any of the previous and is considered a sinner if no acceptable excuse is shown, on the contrary he is not considered a sinner if an acceptable excuse is shown but is still obligated to pay a ransom.

The study recommended the inclusion of the provisions of removal of the mahram for his hair and the trimming of his nails in the curriculum, and the participation of papers in scientific conferences and seminars.
