The research deals with one of the rights of women, which Islam granted them, and the pledge of allegiance to women, despite its simple part, represents an important and basic feature of the uniqueness that distinguishes the Islamic religion from all the heavenly religions.

the pledge of allegiance is one of the most important rights that women practiced in a practical way during the era of the messenger of god (peace be upon him) and it was mentioned in the books of interpretation, hadith, biographies and history, so men and women came to pledge allegiance to the messenger of god profit Mohammad and from here the names of many women have perpetuated their pledge of allegiance to the greatest messenger, so they proved their right to that.

history books mentioned the names of many of the women who pledged allegiance to the messenger, and the book of al-Mubarak is one of these books that preserved for us the names of these women, and they were immortalized for doing this, so they were honored by their pact with the messenger of god (peace be upon him).

the study included a clarification of the concept of allegiance, both linguistically and idiomatically, then we looked at the biography of Abu Jaafar Muhammad bin Habib al-Baghdadi, the author of the book al-Mubarr, his life and most important writing of his.
