The study aimed to identify the implications of applying the motivation system to employee performance, and this through the use of the descriptive method, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed and, and after collecting and analyzing the data, we reached the following conclusions: The study found that there was a medium-term expulsion relationship for both positive motivations and individual motivations on the performance of employees, while the reflection of collective motivations on the performance of employees was strong, when the impact of negative motivations on the performance of employees was very weak.
