The continent of Africa is known as one of the richest continents of resources and prosperity that can generate a true revival, but it is notable that late development rates still appear, which is a real problem for its people and needs coordinated efforts of many participants to progress the continent and make the process of development a success, and the African civil society is one of the most important of these factors due to its working mechanisms and the various roles it plays and through which it complements governmental efforts, but it still suffers from many obstacles that prevent it from achieving its goals.
