Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of delegation on administrative management and the implementation of policies and development programs in the executive directorates in Algeria.

The researcher selected the study sample, which consisted of seven (07) executive directorates, and used the interview method with its frameworks to identify the reality of delegation in it.

In light of the analysis of data and information gleaned from the interviews, the study concluded that there is a unification of the legal system for delegation, and its contribution to raising the level of the directorates performance and the efficiency of their employees.
