In the light of the circumstances known to most countries all over the world, which is witnessing the spread of Corona Pandemic (Covid -19), which has caused a set of urgent measures to be taken to confront the consequences of the Corona virus epidemic as well as in parallel with the precautionary and preventive measures taken by countries to maintain the citizens' safety and security.

There is no doubt that epidemics impose themselves as a material reality with clear negative effects that can be monitored on contractual relations.
