The project of e- administration in Algeria aims to provide a new impetus to the institutions of different types, and not as a way of managing community affairs substitute for traditional management, but rather as a new method in the administrative work to achieve a degree of managerial maturity and facilitates the relationship between citizens and institutions, and provides the information in an integrated, fast and accurate, and make them a feature distinctive in administrative work.
