هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر المرونة الإستراتجية في التوجه الريادي للمنظمات، حيث تم اختيار عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية في ولاية بسكرة للدراسة ميدانا من خلال توزيع استبيان شمل (40) فردا من مسيري هذه المؤسسات، وتم تحليله بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS اعتمادا على مقاييس إحصائية متنوعة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي لأنواع المرونة الإستراتجية (السوقية، الإنتاجية، التنافسية) في التوجه الريادي للمؤسسات محل الدراسة في ظل بيئة تتسم بدرجة عالية من التنافسية و المخاطرة
Abstract EN
The study aims to analyze the impact of strategic flexibility on the institutions' entrepreneurial orientation.
A sample of economic institutions in Biskra was selected for field study and a questionnaire was distributed that included (40) individuals from the managers of these institutions, and it was analyzed by the SPSS statistical program based on various statistical measures.
The study concludes that there is a positive impact of the strategic flexibility types (market, productivity, competitiveness) on the institutions' entrepreneurial orientation in light of an environment characterized by a high degree of competitiveness and risk.
