Today's will is one of the most important legal behaviors in working life, as it is one of the most important donations of money after death.

The Algerian legislature regulated the provisions of the will within the Family Code and stipulated them as a reason for acquiring property in the Civil Code.

If such donation fulfils its foundations and meets its conditions as required by law, it shall have its effects and the property disposed of shall be transferred from the disposer to the disposer.

If these conditions or some of them are not fulfilled, the will shall be nullified.
