but it seems that this procedure adopted in Algeria is deficient in its content, which makes it better to expedite the control of procedures for the generalization of the land survey process on the entire soil of the Algerian municipalities, with It is also necessary to review the provisions of the Civil Code regarding real estate ownership to conform to the system of the real estate registration, especially in terms of preventing and prohibiting the acquisition of property by prescription in the areas on which the state conducted the survey
