This study came to identify the phenomenon of psychological burnout among teachers of primary education and to detect the differences in psychological burnout attributed to individual variables such as gender, speciality and grade, the sample of the study was 285 professors, including 208 female professors and 77 male professors randomly selected they dish Maslash burnout inventory (MBI), it was relying on the statistical data processing statistical package for social science (SPSS), The study revealed that there are no differences in psychological burnout attributed to gender, and there are differences in psychological burnout attributed to grade and speciality
