Abstract EN

This paper aims to highlight the importance of Participatory management throughout the delegation the authority as a participatory mechanism in the organization, empowering them by giving them the full authorizations by transferring the authority to subordinates employees and leave them the space in the work to act with freedom so as to take responsibility and build trust, to qualify them technically and psychologically and to confess them within the organization as a thought, not as a an instrument just to execute the work, also on this paper I discussed the Participatory management to improve the action of participation on the organization decision making process as psychological perspective through proposing various theories that explain the topic.
