تعد الأسرة أحد أهم مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية التي أوكل اليها المجتمع مهمة تربية الإبناء و تنشئتهم وفق ثقافته و معاييره العامة، فهي الوحدة الاجتماعية الأولى المسؤولة عن تأهيل الأفراد و إعداد للأفراد لمواجهة المستقبل و التكيف مع متغيراته.
و رغم اسناد هذه المهمة للأسرة، الا أن اخفاق الأسرة في تأدية وظيفتها، أو إصابة بنائها الاجتماعي بالضعف و التحلل، نتيجة تغيرات داخلية أو خارجية سوف يؤدي إلى فقدانها القوة الكاملة للقيام بعملية الضبط الاجتماعي لأعضائها، و بالتالي ظهور الانحراف الاجتماعي.
و من هنا، هدف البحث الحالي إلى الوقوف على طبيعة البناء الأسري و علاقته بتشكيل سلوك الانحراف و الجريمة، بالإضافة إلى محاولة حصر أهم العوامل المؤدية إلى الانحراف و الجريمة.
Abstract EN
The current study came to try to understand and analyze the relationship between the family and the spread of delinquency and crime in society, this is done by identifying the Social, economic, and cultural conditions experienced by juvenile families, which may cause them to deviate, and monitor the most important sociological visions in the interpretation of the family and social deviation, through the need to take care to the family problems to curb the spread of crime and delinquency in society, to reduce the spread of crime and delinquency in society, by improving people's lives, According to the requirements of modern social life.
