This paper defines the Bilderberg group and presents the nature of its activity as an informal and secret international club.

includes a global elite from the western transatlantic world in the economic, financial, political and cultural fields, and it meets annually since 1945 to present its strategic directions for what can be done in the nesct year of the meeting, where the study aims to remove the ambiguity surrounding it, and clarify the esctent of its impact in international politics, by revealing its real roles and goals, by adopting scientific approaches at the level of descriptive, classifcative, and conceptuel analys, and as a result of this, the study concluded that the Bilderberg group is network of a global, transatlantic elite, who main concern is the economy, financial and it requires, and it seeks to achieve higher strategic goals related mainly to it capital interest
