This research represents a simple view that reflects the relationship of several concepts that are close to each other: linguistic performance, linguistic competence, communicative competence, and the linguistic performance of the Algerian learner, who arises in a linguistic environment in which different languages and dialects blend and influence his language, which he communicates in many linguistic situations, a language that he embodies later during the linguistic communication process.
