Electronic consumer protection is one of the most important legal problems that legislation seeks to find a solution to, especially since electronic commerce is a modern method that develops with the development of communication technologies, and is characterized by the presence of many options that it gives to contractors despite their lack of good knowledge of this way of contracting, unlike digital professionals, This made it difficult to address consumption risks in e-commerce.

For this reason, this research paper came to discuss the means related to civil protection for the electronic consumer, starting from the stage of negotiations by protecting consumer satisfaction, and obligating the electronic professional to provide him with all information related to the contract, as well as in the post-contracting stage, which includes guaranteeing hidden defects and the right to recourse
