Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah, who is unique in his attributes, sublimity and loftiness.

Prayers and peace be upon the most knowledgeable of Allah, and the perfect in his faith of his Lord, Mohammed and his family and companions: One of the issues of the Quranic science is the one related to Gabriel’s (Peace be upon Him) transferring of Quran.

A number of people were misled in this regard.

The proponents of this issue contradicted the doctrine of the honorable companions and their followers; when they deviated from the consensus about Allah’s Speech.

Therefore, their propounding sounds contradictory to the Quran and Sunnah.

The present research investigates the statements of Ahl al-Sun- nah and al-Jama’ah, which counteracted against the large number of interpretation references, written by the followers of Ash’arites.

The research consists of the following sections: In first section, the researcher introduces the truth of the Quran; this was addressed in two points: First, the researcher showed the legitimate texts and the views of the predecessor (My Allah have mercy on them) who ascertains that Allah speaks real words audible to those to whom He spoke.

Secondly, the researcher attempted to prove that the Holy Quran is the words of Allah, spoken by Him in truth; all legal texts and the predecessors hold consensus on that.

In the second section, the researcher discusses how Gabriel (peace be upon him) transferred the Quran from Allah.

Likewise, this section addresses two points.

First, the researcher mentioned the contradictory statements that oppose the truth in this issue after pointing out the original statements upon which the owners of these statements based their statements.

Then the researcher reviewed what perverted consequences may befall as result of such state¬ments.

Secondly, the researcher demonstrated the truthful statement in this issue, namely: that Gabriel (peace be upon him) heard the Quran directly from Allah, then conveyed it to Mohammed (peace be upon him.

The researcher supported that with the extrinsic tex¬tual exegesis, and supported by the statements of honorable com-panions of the Prophet and their followers; and that their consensus was held without any dispute, and their opponents (Jahamites and their followers) did not appear until after the preferable centuries of Ummah.

The research concluded with the major findings and recommendations.
