It is clear that the Covid-19 pandemic has created an exceptional social status in which states struggled to mitigate its effects.

Through such exceptional times, the capacity of societies for continuity, solidarity, and cohesion, as well as the ability of governments to deal effectively with crises, are all examined to measure the stability of political systems, and their ability to respect democratic values.

In general, it is very important to study the function of civil society and its pivotal role in mitigating and dispelling societal problems during the crisis due to the social repercussions caused by the pandemic.
