The study aimed at monitoring the nature of the intellectual framework of integration, and its requirements for educating the mentally handicapped learnable children in kindergartens, identifying the professional practices used within kindergartens and how to develop them in light of the integration requirements, and shedding light on the reality of professional practices for educating the mentally handicapped learnable children in kindergartens in light of the integration requirements.

the study used the descriptive approach.

results of the study showed an inadequate design of the development plan to achieve integration requirements for mentally handicapped learnable children, weak participation in organizing the necessary trainings to implement the practices of integration in kindergartens, inadequate employing of individual educational program with mentally handicapped learnable children, weakness in providing treatment programs to deal with the problems of mentally handicapped learnable children, weak cooperation of civil society organizations with the kindergarten management in holding programs and workshops in order to improve integration practices inside and outside the kindergarten, weakness in the provision of guidance programs and seminars by centers for people with special needs, which contribute in educating the family about methods of dealing with mentally handicapped learnable children.
