Television is one of the most attractive media for children due to its ease of understanding and awareness on their part, due to their lack of knowledge and experience and their weak ability to form acceptance and rejection criteria.

Therefore, the current study targeted the topic of "The Role of Cartoon Movies Aiming at Reducing the Level of Aggression in Kindergarten Children.

" To achieve this goal, the study was conducted on a sample of 10 children (03 males, 05 females) with a high level of aggressive behavior, ranging in age from 4 to 5 years.

They are present in the Kindergarten of the Righteous in Mazouneh - Relizane, the quasi-experimental method was relied upon, using the aggressive behavior observation network designed in this study, and the application of a counseling program based on targeted cartoon films in addition to the story and role-playing, and it was concluded that the targeted cartoon films are effective To reduce the level of aggression in kindergarten children.
