This research paper aimed to address the topic of scientific works and the role of the rules contained in the copyright and related rights law in establishing protection for them, by addressing the concept of these works and the enumeration of their images, in addition to studying the topic of scientific integrity that is carried out by establishing the rules of scientific integrity as well as a study With regard to scientific theft, and finally, research on the protection mechanisms included in the Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law in giving protection to scientific works, and the importance of this topic lies in that it sets the rules for the protection of scientific works, which in turn achieves protection for scientific integrity and the rules of integrity in general.
