Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the views of the scholars on the question of replacing waqf (endowment) and present a part of the experience of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in this regard.

The study followed the descriptive and analytical methods to reach its goal, and ended with the possibility of replacing waqf.

The researcher recommends activating the replacement operations in the Ministry of Awqaf in the Kingdom in order to ensure the continued collection of the intended benefits of waqf.
