Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the role of the human resources development strategy in improving the public service, and we relied in the study on the descriptive approach in data collection and data, in analyzing the questionnaire data, we also relied on the social sciences statistical package program (SPSS), the study reached a set of results the most important of which are the existence of a positive relationship between the human resources developing strategy and public service improving in the institution under study.

the human resource development strategy that follows the institution is not directly in line with the quality of service provided by it, thus this strategy has a weak impact on the various dimensions of quality according to the servqual model.
