The circumstances that Algeria has witnessed recently in terms of speculation on consumer goods of the citizen during the period of the Corona epidemic, prompted the Algerian legislator to promulgate the law (21/15) relating to illicit speculation, stipulating a set of legal mechanisms to combat this crime.
