Abstract EN

The aim of the current research is to identify : 1-the emotional logic level of educational counselors (research sample).

2-the statistically significant differences of emotional logic according to the gender variable among educational counselors (research sample).

in order to achieve the goals, it was necessary to prepare a tool to measure emotional logic, so the researcher adopted the emotional logic scale (Bourion) to identify emotional logic, which consists of (45) paragraphs distributed over (6) five domains and alternatives, and after checking the psychometric properties of the search scale and its paragraphs, it is applied to the basic research sample of (300) male and female educational counselors who were chosen by the random stratified method with a proportional distribution.

with its size in the research community, and after analyzing the data statistically using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), the results came up with the following : 1-the educational counselors have a level of emotional logic.

2-there are statistically significant differences in emotional logic according to the gender variable.
