The research focused on the Friendship Treaty that was signed between the Soviet Union and Democratic Germany on June 12, 1964 and its impact on the German issue.

As the research clarified the discussions that took place between the major countries which are responsible for the future of Germany in the extent of the impact of this treaty on their political rights in the administration of Germany on the one hand, and its impact in order to support the German initiative regarding entering into negotiations for the reunification of German.
