Abstract EN

TThis study aims to monitor and analyze the Moroccan experience of justice and development in two governmental terms 2011-2021, with a focus on the outcomes of the September 08, 2021 elections, a monitoring that seeks to try to explain the factors, causes and implications of the justice and development’s electoral defeat during the September 08, 2021 elections, in analyzing, reading and dismantling the outcomes of the electoral process from on the one hand, and placing it in its historical and political context on the other, based on legal and constitutional developments, while invoking the stakes of political actors, while addressing the structural and administrative obstacles that face the government and elected actors in achieving real development and democracy, as they are two inputs that help to understand the issue.
