the conference also recommended the need to identify the responsibilities of the administrative leader of the school and help him to document information on the effectiveness of administrative leadership and use it easily and easily the importance of research lies in the effectiveness of administrative leadership in the development of the skills of educational leaders and school teachers, including primary school teachers who contribute to the development and address the obstacles that hinder the application of educational leaders to their scientific and cognitive programs to develop the skills of teachers self and emotional the second chapter contains theoretical framework and previous studies.

the third chapter includes the research procedures, the research community, the basic sample, and how to build the administration and the statistical means the second objective is to identify the effectiveness of the administrative leadership in developing the skills of the teachers in Diyala governorate.
