Abstract EN

Iraqi society is one of the communities where terrorism has exercised dangerous role and impact in all its forms since 2003 till now.

violence aims that Iraqi society witnessed, especially after 2003, will continue as long as the potential reasons and motives (objective and personal) motivating the individual and collective violence phenomenon still exits.

this thing makes the research in violence an eminent importance.

the present study aims to realize the following ; 1- recognizing the factors and the reasons of terrorism and violence whether are from direct and indirect sources.

2- treating this phenomenon by a preventive style before recurring to the punitive style according to the principle'' prevention is better than cure''.

3- presenting some suggestions to eliminate intellectual and social terrorism sources and immunize individuals, especially young men, from joining extremist terrorist organizations.
