Abstract EN

Business companies’ integration is one of the most important and common means of achieving economic focus.

It is a manifestation of the era of globalization that has led to the emergence of giant corporations.

Integration concept as a new concept is not defined by most legislations, nor has a particular definition.

The researcher has divided this research into two main chapters.

The first chapter showed the definition of integration, its characteristics and forms, and also explained legal nature of integration.

The second chapter showed the legal effects of the company integrated.

It showed, as well, the effects of the integrating company.

The study has concluded with a number of recommendations, including that most of the legislation, definitely the Yemeni legislature who didn’t establish a specific and clear definition of integration.
