Children in the Arab world are facing today a rapid technical revolution on the head of what is known as the global network "the Internet", until it has become one of the vocabulary of child culture in many of our Arab countries.

The number of its employees increased over time, and with this rapid spread among them day after day, a new phase of questioning about the risks of this network to children began, how can it be invested and how can it be confronted and protected from its dangers? The search tried to answer these questions, as it dealt with in detail four sections, a topic specific to the entrance to the study that contains the research problem, its importance, objectives and definition of terms in addition to the method used, and then presented the content of the second topic, which is as follows: We dealt with Internet services, the pros and cons of the Internet, and the most important advantages of learning, education and communication with Others, education and obtaining information, and among its disadvantages are internet crimes, feelings of social isolation, visual fatigue, theft of personal information, etc.

The research was concluded with a detailed presentation that contains a set of recommendations that the research concluded, with a detailed inventory of the list of sources and references used in the research.
