Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the role of educational counselors in crisis management and it relied on the descriptive approach.

The researcher built a crisis management scale consisting of (20) items.

The psychometric properties of the scale represented in discrimination, honesty and consistency were verified.

A guide and a guide, and the results of the research reached that educational counselors enjoy crisis management and there are no differences between males and females in crisis management, and in the context of these results, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations and proposals.
