Consensus has its great position in the religion of Islam, and its high position in Islamic evidence, as it is the third forensic evidence after the Holy Qur’a if the first thing was spent on it, and the contestants in its field were to the best goal jurisprudence in the religion of God subjects of the scholars ’consensus in the Islamic immune to a violation of the Qur’an and Sunnah, as the ummah does not meet with misguidance, and the dispute has occurred in its definition, its types, and some issues related to it such as the document of conse the place of consensus among the evidenceThe research problem lies in the occurrence of the disagreement in defining consensus, its evidence, types, and some issues related to it, such as the consensus document, its people, and the like.

The purpose of this research was to liberate these issues and to clarify the position of consensus among the evidence, and among the most important findings of the research are that the consensus is a legitimate ar and evidence based on it in devising judgments.
