Administrative creativity is one of the topics that has gotten a lot of attention from experts in various fields, including management sciences, social sciences, and especially work psychology.

It has evolved into one of the modern methods that are supported by modern institutions in dealing with various work problems, overcoming the bureaucratic hierarchical ladder, and providing work flexibility.

It overcame administrative and organizational challenges and even helped institutions improve their efficiency and performance.

This research paper attempts to demonstrate what is meant by administrative creativity and the significance of administrative creativity from this perspective.

What are the different kinds? What are its strategies, and what elements of administrative creativity are present? What are the challenges and traits of the creative personality?
