This research paper aimed to present a descriptive, applied, and analytical study of the problems and difficulties recorded in the records of the institute of Arabic language for speakers of other languages at the open university of Sudan, as well as question forms that define the point of view of incoming students during the periods of learning Arabic as a s second language, and analyzing them scientifically from the reality of experiences, experiences and observations.

inquiries and questions submitted for the purpose of accurately diagnosing lead to results that lead to suggesting appropriate solutions.

we also aim through this research paper to emphasize the paramount importance of building the skill capabilities of these students, based on the results of the study so that they occur to treatment, while drawing inspiration from global experiences to benefit from them in making qualitative shifts that make the field homogeneous with all new and developed ; keeping pace with what is happening globally in the field of teaching Arabic as a foreign language.

which can be accomplished by unifying visions and ideas, and efforts to find unified standards to guide the construction of programs, curricula, and educational materials with all their media requirements and teaching methods ; above all, making preparations to prepare the educational infrastructure that enables the creation of the appropriate environment to meet the aspirations of the learners.

therefore, the research paper recommended that all concerned institutions use what this paper provides, each according to its mechanisms, and the tasks entrusted to it to reach the set goals.

this is one of the most important results that it crystallized, which answered the questions of this research paper.
