Oversight is one of the basic operations in different organizations and one of the administrative functions.

the organization is a purposeful social unit and its existence represents the interdependence of a group of parts or about the interacting characteristics.

in order for the organization to achieve its goals efficiently, it is necessary to practice administrative processes, where oversight represents one of the vital processes in work organizations.

on the other hand, we find that the concept of professional competence has become one of the most common terms in the economic institution, this is analogous to the position it occupies in the production process, especially in light of the changing conditions known to society in general and institutions in particular, and in light of the new intellectual movements that care about the individual and consider him the central link in the production.
