Contracting interests announce national public deals using advertising means, such as the official bulletin of the economic operator and the national agency for publication and advertising, or through the written press in national daily newspapers or using the electronic publication.

as for local public procurement, it shall be announced in the local or regional written newspapers, or by publishing an advertisement in public places, taking into account the financial limit specified in the public procurement law.

given the importance of the issue of public procurement, we will discuss in this study press publication, electronic publishing, and the suspension of advertising at the headquarters of local authorities, with an indication of the benefits that are considered because of these tasks.
